Japanese fashion house COMME des GARÇONS has released two interpretations of the classic All Star canvas sneaker for its HOMME 2015 spring/summer collection. The upper has been constructed from a lightweight, high-quality cotton canvas while the silhouette retains its stereotypical rubber toe cap and linear textured outsole. As the dyed components of each shoe have been produced prior to assembly, the selection still bears white stitch detailing and effectively bucks the all-over dyeing trend we have seen implemented into other Japanese clothing collections. In addition to this, the collection’s unique coloring process ensures that no two pairs are alike with natural variations present across each shoe. The Dyed Cotton Canvas Sneakers from COMME des GARÇONS HOMME are now available in black and navy from Haven for $193 USD.
