After launching the collaboration about a week ago, here we turn a closer eye to the new drop from Carhartt WIP and Vans. Using Vans’ hallmark Slip-On and Chukka Boot silhouettes as the base for the project, here Carhartt’s cult-favorite fashion imprint imparts its proprietary summer seersucker on an duo of high- and low-rise options. The Chukka option contrasts blue and seafoam green ‘Hickory Stripes’ on throughout a lightweight canvas upper, complimented by a leather interior and suede hit at the collar. Elsewhere, the Slip-On drop is decked out with blue Hickory Stripe through the body, followed up by vertical green stripes from the midfoot through the heel. Suede trim nicely finishes the release around the collar and at the heel panel. Pick up either iteration from this deluxe collection on Carhartt WIP’s website now.
