Reimagining Modern Movies and TV Shows as VHS Tapes

Inspired by Michael Gondry’s Be Kind Rewind (2008), an anonymous graphic artist – who goes under the moniker Stan – has recreated the posters of modern classics in the aesthetic of yesteryear. At a time when streaming services eliminate the physicality of the TV and movie experience, The Wolf of Wall Street, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead and other favorites have been reimagined as VHS tapes by the artist.
