A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Kanye West's 'GQ' Cover Shoot

Kanye West‘s August 2014 GQ cover might have happened some time ago, but in the spirit of Yeezy Season the magazine just released some behind-the-scenes footage of the affair. In it, we see Kanye working with GQ creative director Jim Moore to create just the right look for his cover shoot with photographer Patrick Demarchelier. According to Moore, him and Kanye spent “an intense” eight hours together, scouring 60 racks of clothing for the occasion, reviewing reference photos and then perfecting everything twice over. The video is further proof how hands-on and demanding Mr. West is when it comes to his styling and appearance, but as Moore says “with Kanye, it’s all worth it.”
