Every day that passes takes us closer to blockbuster season, a welcome blast of gratuitous action, gore and CGI to interrupt summer swelter. One of the forthcoming highlights definitely looks to be Marvel’s long-awaited sequel to the first Avengers film – Avengers: Age of Ultron. A new trailer, viewable above, showcases frames of Earth’s greatest threat as the result of Tony Stark’s own egotistical creation. As such, Captain America, Black Widow, the Hulk, and others are forced to band together again and preserve the world they so dearly love. Check out the trailer above and look for Avengers: Age of Ultron to release in theaters May 1.
