'Knight Rider Heroes' Official Teaser Trailer Reunites David Hasselhoff and K.I.T.T.
The reboot we’ve all been waiting for.
Knight Rider, the pop culture phenomenon back in the ’80s that fused car with driver — literally — has had attempts at a revival before, but nothing is as significant as this one. Titled Knight Rider Heroes, a short teaser video has released for the upcoming project that gives us a glimpse at David Hasselhoff reappearing as his character Michael Knight along with world famous K.I.T.T. (hilariously short for “Knight Industries Two Thousand”), a super computer-equipped 1982 Pontiac Trans Am with gadgets and abilities galore. Not much is revealed about Heroes, except for a short introduction about F.L.A.G.’s (“Foundation for Law And Government”) secret re-initiation and a possible sidekick or recruit for K.I.T.T.
