Sell Your Unwanted Gifts at eBay Pop-Ups This Weekend
Perfect if you’re not so happy with your holiday haul.

If you’re looking to get rid of your unwanted gifts this holiday season, eBay has the perfect thing for you: special pop-up stores at your local mall. The e-commerce giant has teamed up with Westfield shopping centers across the United States “to repurpose Boxing Day for Americans.” Said Vincent Payen, head of consumer selling at eBay:
We have a unique opportunity to extend the season by helping holiday wishes come true even after Christmas. We’ve made it easy to sell in-person, online, on the eBay app or with the eBay Valet service over Boxing Weekend. Whether it was a designer sweater that didn’t fit, or an older tablet that has been replaced by a new one, there is always a buyer among our global community of 159 million.
The tiny kiosks will allow customers to enlist the help of eBay’s valet service, which will provide estimates for goods, snap professional pics of the items, list them, and even ship them to the buyer. This weekend, the service will even be completely free and those who print an eBay valet label will be able to keep 100% of their profits after their items are sold.
The kiosks are set to be open at the following locations:
Westfield San Francisco Centre, San Francisco, CA
Westfield Century City, Los Angeles, CA
Westfield Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ
Westfield Shopping Center, Vernon Hills, IL
Westfield Valley Fair, Santa Clara, CA
Westfield Southcenter, Seattle, WA
Westfield Citrus Park, Tampa, FL
Westfield Montgomery, Bethesda, MD
