IISE 2015 Fall/Winter "001" Debut Clothing Collection

Korean label IISE unveils its debut clothing collection, dubbed “001,” with a lookbook photographed by Christina Paik. Although the accessories imprint has long been known for its sleek bag designs, the label now extends its hallmark aesthetics into the streetwear category. The range features an array of wardrobe mainstays constructed from a hybrid of both traditional Korean and modern materials, such as the “mu-myung” and “guangmok” fabrics that are native cottons of Korea’s traditional garb. Reinterpreting the iconic textiles into a contemporary vision, the unique cottons are integrated into the garments along with premium materials such as leather, raw silk fleck and nylon twill.
