Jay Leno Takes James Bond's 2016 Aston Martin DB10 for a Spin
Leno hits the road in 007’s latest Aston Martin.
With the latest 007 installment now on the big screen in the UK, late night legend and longtime automotive enthusiast Jay Leno highlights one of Spectre‘s most noteworthy vehicles: the Aston Martin DB10. Specially designed for the new Bond film, the DB10 is one of the rarest Aston Martin’s around with just 10 production models created for the movie. Intended as a glimpse into the future of the British automotive manufacturer, the two-door coupé’s technical details have largely remained under wraps, but the vehicle — based on a modified version of the V8 Vantage — boasts the Vantage’s 4.7 L V8 engine and is capable of hitting a top speed of 190 mph. Above, Leno and Aston Martin’s own Marek Reichman offer up one of the best looks yet at the vehicle, as well as some behind-the-scenes footage from Bond’s latest outing.
Spectre is showing now in the UK and will hit theaters worldwide November 6.
