A First Look at KAWS' Collaborative Capsule Collection With Mira Mikati
Get excited for the graphic artist’s first fashion collaboration in years.
London-based designer Mira Mikati has provided a preview of her upcoming collaboration with street artist KAWS to be shown during Paris Fashion Week. As KAWS’ first fashion collaboration since his clothing label OriginalFake closed down, the capsule collection features all-over prints of KAWS’ artwork on a number of silk baseball jackets. Mira Mikati has been known to collaborate with graphic artists on her collections in the past, which tend towards bright colors and loud graphics. The capsule collection looks to be released in Spring 2016, and will likely be exclusively sold at colette.
