British designer Neil Barrett has unveiled his 2015 fall/winter collection at Milan Men’s Fashion Week. Recognized for his expertise in creating minimalist pieces, Barrett opened the show with various looks highlighted by verdant shades of green, which took on a selection of modern menswear styles; ranging from elongated zipper sweatshirts, to printed bomber jackets. The staple piece of the collection is undoubtedly the turtleneck top, which was paired with prim dress-pants in most runway ensembles. Elsewhere, geometric star and houndstooth patterns were featured across the latest knitwear, while slimmer cut & sew pieces made from fine merino and cashmere were layered underneath oversized jacket and sweater options. Continuing his comprehensive outerwear line, the additions of tweed, belted black coats, and leather trench coats finished with sheer lining presented other examples of Barrett’s sartorial expertise. Regarding footwear, leather boots and dress shoes featuring details such as buckles and metal lace locks rounded out each look. Check out the 2015 fall/winter collection here, and expect Barrett’s latest to arrive at select retailers later this year.
