Hanni El Khatib has released another song off his forthcoming studo album, Moonlight. “Melt Me” comes to us just eight days before the release date of Moonlight, and has been preceded by songs such as the GZA-assisted remix of the album’s title track and the garage rock shredder “The Teeth.” El Khatib tells FADER that “Melt Me” is based and built on the feelings of nostalgia he has for his nineties Junior High years, and that the number “created some nostalgic feeling” he couldn’t quite manifest into words. The instruments and vocals speak for themselves, though. You can listen to “Melt Me” above. Moonlight will hit shelves on January 20.
