Russian fashion brand BABOCHKA has collaborated with sneaker label Saucony to create reinterpretations of the classic Saucony Jazz O and Saucony Shadow 6000 silhouettes. First introduced in 1981, the Jazz O has been reimagined here in a deep blue and covered with the stylized portraits of famous figures from the worlds of fashion, film and pop culture, such as Steve Jobs, Karl Lagerfeld, Daft Punk and Batman, among others.
The Shadow 6000, originally introduced in 1991, features navy suede and ultramarine nylon uppers, turquoise, orange and purple detailing in the midfoot Saucony branding, and a contrasting black and white midsole. This collection will be released on September 11 as part of Vogue’s Fashion’s Night Out at the nevsky 152 concept store in St. Petersburg.
