Common Confirms Conflict With Drake in 2011 Was Over Serena Williams

Back in 2011, Drake and Common fired some not-so-discreet lyrical shots at each other, with Common indirectly calling out Drake in “Sweet,” to which Drake responded with a feature verse on Rick Ross’s “Stay Scheming.” The ‘beef’ between the two may have become something of the past, but for those who are still curious, Common has commented on the matter and admitted the conflict between the two of them was in regards to Serena Williams.
