Channeling the spirit of surfing and Southern California, Nixon presents a special edition of its Supertide watch in collaboration with Ron Herman. Featuring a hi-res dial display and custom movement, the design sports a 45mm custom solid stainless steel case with co-molded custom injection molded polyurethane and silicone casing, integrated pushers, a solid stainless steel fixed bezel, hardened mineral crystal, stainless steel screw-down caseback, and integrated band construction – a 30-25 mm tapered shape with a patented locking looper and stainless steel buckle. Offering users tide information for over 270 beaches worldwide and water-resistant up to 100 meters, the piece is uniquely finished with Never Dry technology – a process the gives the watch a just-out-of-the-water look no matter the time or place. Limited to just 100 pieces worldwide, the all-black LTD Supertide will be available from ronherman.jp beginning June 22 for ¥29,160 JPY (approximately $286 USD).
