The 2014 Billboard Music Awards will be kicking off May 18, and with the event almost a month away, Billboard has today released a full list of nominees for this year’s celebration. Highlighted artists and familiar faces on the list include Beyoncé, Drake, Eminem and Daft Punk, while Imagine Dragons and Lorde seem to steal the show, as bothacts have been nominated in twelve different categories each. Following closely behind, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis are nominated in 11, 10 and 8 categories respectively. Familiar faces in the electronic music world include Avicii and Zedd, while Miss Miley Cyrus steps into a few different categories, including Top Artist, Top Social Artist and Top Streaming Video (for “Wrecking Ball”). As for the Rap category, Drake, Eminem, Jay Z, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Pitbull have all made it to the nomination list.
