Three Guys B.A.S.E. Jumped 1 World Trade Center

Towering over downtown Manhattan at 1,776 ft, 1 World Trade Center – alternatively dubbed the Freedom Tower – is a rather imposing structure that crowns the skyline from any perspective. As much of a neck-breaker the building is to look up at though, the view from the top is unnerving to say the least. Throwing caution to the wind, James Brady, Andrew Rossig and Marco Markovich B.A.S.E. jumped off of the building’s roof last September, filming the experience with a set of GoPro cameras. The trio of daredevils has finally unveiled the video footage of its exploits, delivering a breathtaking account of the dive. While the video is certainly something to marvel, it seems the authorities were less than impressed; Rossig, Brady and Markovich, along with their lookout Kyle Hartwell, were all arrested on counts of reckless endangerment, burglary and jumping from a structure.
