Pharrell Williams - Happy (The Shoes Remix)

March 20 marked the second International Day of Happiness, and in celebration of #HAPPYDAY and Pharrell‘s infectious “Happy” single, The Shoes have released a remix and, well, it’s actually not that happy. The French production duo has created a unique juxtaposition between the track’s upbeat lyrics and vocals with their own dark and almost haunting instrumental, using the chorus sound to create an echo that looms over the track from start to finish while maintaining the original sound we all know oh so well.
