Beginning with his own eatery – the world-famous Baohaus in the East Village – Eddie offers a glimpse into its day-to-day operations, his loyal staff, and even some of his acclaimed recipes. We’re then treated to a trip around Chinatown with a few of Eddie’s irreverent friends, including rapper Awkwafina and the spiritual Fat Jew.
