With about year divorced from his well-recieved Timeshare EP, Portland’s Dan Vidmar (aka Shy Girls) just hit us with arguably one of the better R&B singles of the last half of 2014. Together with his airy falsettos, Vidmar’s articulate execution and slick demeanor that’s anything but Shy, quickly conjures similarities to The Weekend. Despite the parallels, Shy Girls distinct soul and passion permeate this smooth production to create this sexually enticing piece that will leave you revisiting his Timeshare debut as you wait in anticipation for his next project.
