Hot 97’s very own Ebro sent out a tweet last night, inquiring about the origin of Lashaun Ellis‘s latest record “Real Sh*t.” Needless to say, the rising California rapper took notice and liberated the song, which is dedicated to his hometown of Temecula, CA. The Khompono-produced track, which will appear on his upcoming #NeverHome LP, finds Lashaun delvinging into inner city drama and his friend TRIP being fatally wounded two months ago.
