Japanese musician, producer and designer, Hiroshi Fujiwara has enjoyed considerable success in recent times for his work on the likes of the fragment design x Nike Roshe Run LD-1000 and the fragment design x Air Jordan 1. However, fresh off a recent Beats by Dre collaboration, he’s set to hold a discussion this week in New York at Apple‘s SoHo location. Known for being an avid music lover himself, Fujiwara’s collaboration with the iconic headphone label is not his first journey into such a field — in 2003, he designed a custom-made guitar for Eric Clapton‘s performances across Japan. The collaboration was made by no other than Martin Guitars with only 8 being initially available before a further 476 were produced some time after. Not known to appear in the United States on a regular basis, his appearance will surely garner some serious media attention as the talk is set for December 13.
