If Star Wars‘ Darth Vader was redesigned by a manga artist, he could very well end up looking like Square Enix‘s version for its Variant Play Arts Kai line. The Japanese-based video game company created this variant as a first in its upcoming Star Wars line, and as such has tailored a few details here and there as opposed to recreating an exact replica of the notorious character. Details include a more streamlined armored suit and a tighter cape among finer notes throughout. Most notable is how Square Enix has represented Vader’s lightsaber, creating swoosh lines for added awesomeness.
