Forever collaborating, Japanese brand Comme des Garçons is at it again teaming up with Switzerland imprint Bata to reinvent its classic tennis shoe silhouette. Available in two design styles, Comme des Garçons has given the classic shoe a polka-dot twist in time for the holiday season. Bata’s main market to date is in India where they have sold over half a billion pairs of sneakers, but with this collaboration under way it will have everyone in the world over asking the question, ‘Tennis anyone?’
Only 1,780 pairs will be available as of Thursday, December 4 at Comme des Garçons, Dover Street Market New York, I.T Beijing and Colette for $120 USD.
