Nick Hook featuring Todd Edwards & Kilo Kish - Jaco

This is a pretty unique selection of collaborators. For an upcoming joint effort between Ninja Tune and Serato, Nick Hook has united with Todd Edwards and Kilo Kish, and the end result is a song that’s a smooth, progressive blend of pop, electronic, R&B, rap, and everything in between. The melodies and vocals are strangely sleek, but the drums manage to sound as if they might break out into a drum and bass or free jazz groove at any moment. And, everything somehow seems to just click and fit together perfectly. This is definitely something you’d file under “different,” but also something that’s equally accessible.
