Felly, the Cali-based rapper-producer, just dropped his mixtape this past weekend and it’s definitely worth a listen. If y’all were vibing with his laid-back “Schoolzones” joint we brought you a couple weeks ago then this 12-track ensemble is for you. At only 19, this is already Fel’s third mixtape (second this year) and with tracks such as “Cella” and “Probation” on this latest project, we’re witnessing his rapid development and versatility as a young emcee and producer.
