Ratking go down the lo-fi route for the video for their So It Goes track “Cocoa 88.” The entire visual is fashioned like an old choppy VHS home recording would be, fitting the song’s grimy, murky sound. As always, Ratking choose NYC as their playground for the video. Though the video doesn’t exactly break new ground, Ratking and co. are as animated as ever as they spit their bars, and they don’t have to do much else to grab someone’s attention. The music speaks for itself. So It Goes is out now.
