The Pancake Epidemic’s CAFFEINATION makes its fourth and most recent stop on its coffee-centric tour, leaving behind Portland and heading up to Spokane, Washington. Host Brandon Davenport visits Tom Sawyer – a coffee roaster and owner of Tom Sawyer’s Country Coffee Company – who in addition to pouring Brandon more than his fair share of caffeine, gives us a look at some of the more rarely seen pieces of equipment in his roasting arsenal. He also pays a visit to Brian Ellsworth, a former stockbroker turned co-founder of Waverly’s Coffee and 4 Seasons Coffee.
