As we near the November release of its next-gen console, Sony takes to the web to unveil its latest creation – the Playstation Vita TV. This 60mm x 100mm gadget connects to your PlayStation 4 serving as a multimedia streaming console that plays Vita games, Sony’s Music Unlimited, Video Unlimited, Hulu, karaoke and so much more. With up to 1,300 games available at the time of its release, Sony further mentioned “a future system update” will allow users to use Vita TV in separate rooms of your home from which the PS4 console is located to stream PS4 and Vita games. Priced at about $100 USD, this piece of hardware includes ports for HDMI and Ethernet cables as well as an external memory card opening, a slot for Vita games, and a USB port. Unfortunately its November 14 release will only be available to Japanese consumers, so stay tuned for any release updates.
