Coming soon from director Scott Waugh and starring Breaking Bad‘s Aaron Paul is Need For Speed – a film adaptation of the long-running video game franchise. Written by John Gatins and George Nolfi, the film stars Paul as Tobey Marshall, a street racer who – after escaping from a prison sentence for a crime he didn’t commit – sets off across the country to get revenge on his longtime friend and partner. Faithful to the spirit of the franchise thanks to the involvement of game developer Electronic Arts and starring a cast that includes the likes of Imogen Poots, Dominic Cooper, Kid Cudi, Rami Malek, Michael Keaton, Harrison Gilbertson and Dakota Johnson, Need For Speed is set to hit theaters on March 14, 2014.
