From message board skepticism to being stocked at skateshops worldwide, there’s been a good amount of buzz surrounding Asphalt Yacht Club – the burgeoning skate apparel brand from Stevie Williams and Stefan Janoski. At the end of the day though, performance is hate’s ultimate silencer, and it should be noted that the Asphalt Yacht Club has that in spades. The team ventured down to Miami for its inaugural trip together, fittingly exploring the gritty spots of a notoriously glamorous town. The team is full of heavy hitters, but young guns such as Blake Carpenter, Riley Hawk and S.O.T.Y. contender Nyjah Huston shine in this video, viewable above.
