Beefeater‘s history in Britain is not just any du jour. Since its inception in 1876, Beefeater’s proud heritage is seen via its trademark logo — featuring the Tower of London’s ceremonial guards, also known as the Beefeaters — a quaint and timeless design that sits proudly on shelves and speed-rails in bars across the country. Priding itself as one of the few brands with a distillery still in London, Beefeater has become synonymous to the capital and its dynamic culture. A place where many creative forces collide, Beefeater has teamed up with another iconic British mainstay — Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design — to create a limited edition bottle for its latest campaign #MyLondon. Culminating over 2,200 photograph taken by the London community and curated by the creative panel at Central Saint Martins, this latest rendition brings Beefeater’s esteemed heritage in contemporary light, capturing all the great sights of London onto one collage that formulates the iconic Beefeater logo. Celebrating #MyLondon, Beefeater ended the competition with a giant laser-projection in London’s Convent Garden market next to swathes of stunning imagery that gave the bottle its new innovative coat. Head over to #MyLondon Facebook for more on the campagine and get the chance to create your own London postcard with one of the winning #MyLondon photographs.
