JohnUNDERCOVER 2013 Fall/Winter Lookbook

Set for a debut later this year is the inaugural release from JohnUNDERCOVER – the new diffusion line from Japanese mainstay UNDERCOVER and designer Jun Takahashi. Perhaps inspired by last year’s collaborative range alongside mega-retailer Uniqlo, the JohnUNDERCOVER line appears to emphasize a renewed focus on basics. Cropped trousers, tees, button-downs, hoodies, cardigans, pullover knits, jackets and parkas are all present here, each boasting subtle details that set them apart from more standard fare while a unique color palette — a staple of the brand’s release, especially those alongside Nike for the seasonal GYAKUSOU collections — marks the range as distinctly UNDERCOVER. Expect the collection to be available from select UNDERCOVER stockists across the globe in the months ahead including the HYPEBEAST Store.
