Having previously focused on his own updates to classic silhouettes from the adidas archives, controversial designer Jeremy Scott has teamed up with Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose to create a collaborative edition of Rose’s signature adidas D Rose 3.5. Featuring a clean white patent leather upper, the premium take on the Rose footwear sees a repeating pattern of detailed cherubs – a staple of the upcoming adidas Originals by Jeremy Scott Fall/Winter 2013 collection – in gold throughout. Finally, Rose’s logo appears in black on the outside of the tongue while Scott’s own logo adorns both the back of the tongue and the sockliner. The limited edition Jeremy Scott x adidas D Rose 3.5 is due out at select retailers come July 6 for $225 USD.
