This is no better evidenced than with the 0710 Duplex PZG, erected in Arnedo, Spain – the third largest town in La Rioja. The 0710 Duplex is built with a sense of duality, hosting an experimental living room, kitchen and library on the main access floor, and nesting the private rooms downstairs. The transition between lower and upper is seen in the divide of the staircase, which also acts as a divider between sections on respective floors. A predominantly wooden and glass upper adds a sense of open naturalness to the 159.56 square meter 0710 Duplex, which ultimately, should livable for any personality.
