Typically known for his reclusiveness and general ambivalence toward the media, Thom Yorke has come out of his shell a bit as of late as he supports his latest project, Amok – recorded alongside Flea, Nigel Godrich, Joey Waronker and Mauro Refosco under the moniker Atoms for Peace. Yorke’s latest appearance comes in the form of an interview with actor Alec Baldwin on Baldwin’s “Here’s The Thing” radio show for WYNC. The resulting hour-long conversation sees Yorke touching on the current project, reflecting on the history of Radiohead, and sharing musings about his love/hate attitude when it comes to live performances.
