If you’re on Reynolds’ shortlist of best young skaters, you have to be doing it right. Brandon Westgate just so happened to make said list, and from early 5boro days to the most recent “True East” promo, the Wareham, Massachusetts native seems incapable of doing any wrong. For a generation that grew up watching “Mixtape” and ”Eastern Exposure” on YouTube, Westgate is the pinnacle East Coast-style torchbearer.
