On tap for a release this spring from Vans Vault and Taka Hayashi is a “Palm Checker” pack. Featuring the previously revealed TH Revere Hi LX, the pack also includes an accompanying edition of the mid-top, moccasin-inspired TH Cornice LX. Constructed primarily of off-white suede with a brown Horween leather collar and matching rope laces, the kicks make use of two of Vans‘ most prominent motifs as navy blue palms appear along the lateral leather quarter panel while the medial side sees a matching checkerboard pattern. The Taka Hayashi x Vans Vault 2013 “Palm Checker” pack is set to hit select stockists this April.
