Blu is no stranger to releasing collaborative projects, having already dropped projects with the likes of MED, Exile and Madlib each, the West Coast emcee now sets his sights on a collaborative project alongside Inland Empire producer Bombay. The rapper and producer have previously linked together, dropping two singles “Thelonius King” and “Rap Dope,” and now they supply the announcement of their joint project, Good To Be Home, with their third single titled “Dre Day.” Paying homage to the legendary rapper/producer Dr. Dre, Blu spits some verses in ode to the former N.W.A. emcee.
