Joey Bada$$ kicked things off for the #PROERAweek series, with his single “Wendy N Becky,” and with today serving as the third day we bring you both today’s new track and make up for yesterday’s fumbled update. First off we’ll catch you up with yesterday’s entry, which came in the form of a trap-inspired instrumental produced by Kirk Knight, titled “Syncopated.” Flipping the xylophone sample used in SBTRKT’s single “Hold On,” Knight drops a bass-heavy beat completed with atmospheric synths and reverb effects. Surely he or another member of the Pro Era crew will hop on the instrumental with some equally nice lyrics in the future. Today’s brand new track, “Maxwell,” sees members Dirty Sanchez, Capital STEEZ and Rokamouth kicking some verses over a smoothed beat courtesy of DJ Black Diamond.
