Globe, a familiar name to longtime skate enthusiasts, has unveiled this casual full-grain leather high-top dubbed “Los Angered Lyte,” as a nod to the Aussie brand’s West Coast presence and lightweight release. Offered in two colorways – black and olive – both iterations feature a unique design on the side panels, a brown heel tab, and tonal waxed laces. Don’t let the aesthetic of this shoe deceive you, as it is constructed with the latest Globe innovation and technology. Its Ortholite insert, which provides comfort, breathability and odor resistance, rests atop a Nitrolite sole for a light on-the-foot feel and versatile traction. No word yet on its exact release date but expect the Globe Los Angered Lyte to drop in the first quarter of 2014.
