Maison Martin Margiela SHOWcabinet Exhibition

Based on the theme of memory, Maison Martin Margiela’s SHOWcabinet explores the label’s “Replica”

Based on the theme of memory, Maison Martin Margiela‘s SHOWcabinet explores the label’s “Replica” range of fragrances and its effects in triggering old memories. The exhibition will feature work from the likes of Quentin Jones, Richard Gray, Piet Paris, Laura Laine and Tobie Giddio, with their work depicting personal memories provoked by the perfumes. Each piece is concealed in a custom-made white box and accompanied by a perfume bar, urging viewers to use their senses to interact with each piece. Coinciding with the theme, Maison Martin Margiela will also present haute couture pieces and objects from its Line 13 collection, paying homage to its avant-garde designs.
