As we have learned last month, the Toronto Raptors have named the city’s favorite son Drake their “Global Ambassador.” Albeit the vague nature of this title, Drake will play an important role in the team’s rebranding as the city prepares to host the 2016 NBA All-Star Game. On that note, the Raptors unveiled a rather dramatic video that displays Drake speaking about his hometown in high notes as well as the team’s role in it.
