Japanese publication TRAVERSE TOKYO has partnered up once again with SOPHNET. and TAIHACHIRO-KINSEI to produce some slick specs. The result is the Charles glasses, a pair of round frames made of cellulose acetate with a nice brown tortoiseshell pattern. These refined frames offer a nice mix of traditional craftsmanship paired with modern technology like the special lenses, which are designed to reduce the eyestrain brought on by looking at bright screens all day. The Charles glasses will be available starting October 30 at TRAVERSE TOKYO.
