Kris Van Assche continues to reinforce suiting as a fundamental aspect of the Dior Homme aesthetic for 2013 fall/winter. Endeavoring to depict the suit of tomorrow, Van Assche has attached sporty zippers and buckles to his creations for this season, merged with a highly refined color palate and silhouettes. Technical fabrics and fabric treatments find themselves emphasized throughout the range, clarifying the Belgian designer’s exploratory vision of future menswear. Thin materials and sleek forms add further personality to the collection, with basic black and navy tones complimenting the use of crimson and white to create geometric emblems on several of the garments.
