Common: "G.O.O.D. Music's 'Cruel Winter' Will Not Be Released"

Surprised or not? According to Common, there will be no Cruel Winter album by the G.O.O.D. Music collective. Although Big Sean and Q-Tip hinted at their involvement in the much-speculated project, the Chicago rapper stated in an interview with Vulture that the compilation would not happen at all and that its existence was more of a “rumor.”

“Oh, yeah, nah, nah. I don’t think that’s happening. It was more of a rumor — cats been creating, but everybody’s been doing their solo album. So that’s what that is.”
