adidas Presents the Process Behind Creating Primeknit

adidas offer an inside look into the creation of its Primeknit material which was introduced last year during the Olympics. The video presents some of the different appropriations possible with the knitting technique including the ability to create intricate patterns and visuals. A subject of obvious controversy given the Apple vs. Samsung-esque accusations on behalf of Nike, there has been some interesting discussions about the actual production approach of both pieces courtesy of Knitting Industry which detail both the Primeknit and the Flyknit.
