This Bike Is a Winner of the 2012 AMD World Championships of Custom Bike Building

Recently named overall winner of the Freestyle class at the AMD World Champion of Custom Bike Building was a racing-inspired bike put together by Harley Davidson. Built around an impressive 1000cc Harley Davidson Ironhead engine commonly used in early Sportster bikes, the meticulously designed first place bike was dubbed “PainTTless” by its creators. Reportedly no paint, varnish, powder or filler materials were incorporated into the manufacturing process; the project brought forward many challenges to lead designer Andreas Berger Forth, to the extent that several innovative parts were birthed during the process. As we have a feeling you will agree, Forth himself stated “the result is really impressive!”
