Shwood Limited Edition Two-Tone Canby Sunglasses

There are a few benefits that come courtesy of wooden frames like the limited edition 2-Tone Canby from Portland-based Shwood. More sustainable than plastic, the frames are made from stacked European Walnut and Quilted Maple, continuing the label’s trend of utilizing domestic trees for their products. More importantly, perhaps, they come in a timeless shape — Shwood’s riff on the classic Wayfarer — that won’t be ubiquitous on downtown streets. We can’t vouch that they float on water but what’s certain is that the glasses are available now from our online store in limited quantities — only a few hundred pairs of this version have been made.
