The moderately-sized 127-room MAMA shelter hotel in Marseille, Paris worked in tandem with industrial design genius Philippe Starck to create a welcoming space, open to people of all cultures. Combining a fine mix of furniture, art and installation, the six-floor hotel boasts five different color schemes with several distinct areas including a live stage, game area, dining hall, and of course ample opportunity to engage in random interaction.
